MEDICA 2023: Upgrade for health management: new features for the Beurer health app

Many people regularly use health apps to monitor their health-related data, track training goals or as motivation to lead a balanced lifestyle. The "beurer HealthManager Pro" medical device app offers all-in-one health management, integrating multiple "Connect" devices covering the areas of body weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, ECG, oxygen saturation, sleep, body temperature and activity. At MEDICA 2023, Beurer will be shining a spotlight on new app features.

NEW: Scan blood pressure values with the camera and save them in the app
One highlight is the new "Scan & Save" function. This feature means it is now possible to digitally save values from all Beurer blood pressure monitors in the app – even without Bluetooth®. After taking a blood pressure measurement, simply select the appropriate Beurer blood pressure monitor in the app and use your smartphone camera to scan the device display in the indicated app window. The values are automatically detected and saved. It is no longer necessary to input them manually, so all users can easily record their values in a digital blood pressure diary for long-term monitoring.

The health app that can do more!
Valuable additional benefits are provided by the "beurer MyHeart" service available as part of the "beurer HealthManager Pro" app. Delicious recipe ideas, short cooking videos, activity clips and mindfulness exercises help users implement personal health goals – such as eating more healthily, reducing stress or integrating more movement into everyday life.

The "beurer MyCardio Pro" service also provides users with a personalised analysis of their individual ECG measurements by means of certified algorithms, to facilitate optimal monitoring of heart health.

The "beurer HealthManager Pro" app and the "beurer MyHeart" add-on service were recently rated "VERY GOOD" by ETM TESTMAGAZIN. Click here for the test report in German.
