Bought it at the suggestion of a friend while it was on promotion and I must say that I use it much more than I would have thought! Just activate it after attaching the electrodes and enjoy the massage. Also tried the heat function and it is very useful.

I have been using the device for over a year now to relieve tension and adhesions in my muscles and I am very satisfied with it, it brings noticeable pain relief, I had an operation on my intervertebral disc and anyone who has had this knows that the muscles need special care.

I have been using TENS devices for a long time now, but until now I was not familiar with the combination with heat and I am very satisfied. The application is really pleasant and I feel that the pain disappears faster.

I decided to buy it because of the tempting heat function. The one with the
heat function is a "Beurer thing". Neither here, nor with the heat belt
is the promised warmth noticeable.
Another drawback is the design of the electrodes. They are far too heavy in relation to the weakly adhesive pads. However, I kept the device because of the battery. If you attach an additional attachment to the pads (e.g. scarf or similar), the other functions are okay.

In principle, I'm really happy with the device.  However, it bothers me that there don't seem to be any new (larger) electrodes for this device.
But otherwise it's great.

The appliance is very easy to use. It exceeds my expectations. The massage programmes in particular are very good and varied.
All in all, the purchase was worthwhile.

Very easy to use, many programmes and therefore the right application for every case. It also warms nicely despite "only" having a battery!  With the practical belt clip, it's great to take anywhere.

Very good small device with high performance and many useful programmes. We mainly use the Tens and massage programmes.
We use the EMS Home Studio for EMS.
Switching on the heat function for the massage programmes is very good and very pleasant. A small, versatile device that is easy to use.

I have had the device for 3 days. Unfortunately, a gel pad stuck to my lower back the first time I used it, even though I had stuck it on properly. I could only remove it one at a time and it was very deformed and double slapped. I have reattached it but I will probably have to buy new ones. I have tried the device on 3 people and all have had a reduction in pain.

Would be nice if each programme point was described in more detail e.g. TENS 1 upper limb pain 1 TENS 2 upper limb pain 2 what's the difference?
It's even more confusing with massage!

I bought the device for my neck pain. I was sceptical at first, but I have to admit that yes, it helps.

Ideal complement to my EM95. Very good feel and quality. Simple handling in terms of technology and use. The programmes build on each other. A warm-up phase has also been included. Works perfectly and the intensity is absolutely sufficient. A clear recommendation to buy.

I didn't realise that there were EMS devices for use at home. I've already had good experiences in the gym, but now I've seen this device and tried it out for the first time today. It is very easy to use and fits well on the stomach. However, you shouldn't use it too much. It's great that there are 5 preset programmes. So you can start straight away. Up to level 40 you can really notice something. To achieve success, you should of course do sport and not sit on the sofa.

I had thought about buying an EMS device years ago...but I was always sceptical and it's not cheap either.

I use the device as a supplement to my gym and I think that's the only way it makes sense.

The display on the device is pleasant, but the graphics are quite difficult to recognise if you want to place the electrodes precisely. There's an app for this, but from a graphical point of view, you train without electrodes. That's a bit strange and doesn't help.

The intensity can be adjusted very slowly from weak to strong, so no one has to worry about it being uncomfortable.

However, the exercises displayed on the app are so strenuous that a non-athlete would get sore muscles even without the device.

But the stimulating muscle groups work very well and are well thought out. You can train very intensively in a short space of time, but simply lying there and doing nothing won't achieve much. The muscle groups need to be worked somehow.

I will definitely keep the device and have no regrets about buying it.

The EM 95 was a big investment for me at first, but if the effect is as I think it will be, then it will definitely pay off. My
mate, on the other hand, pays about as much for the studio in six months as I do for the whole device. The disadvantage of having your own equipment is, of course, the self-discipline required to follow through with the training and the lack of professional guidance from a personal trainer. However, this is not a problem for me, as I prefer to train flexibly and independently of others anyway and like to acquire sufficient knowledge about my training myself.

Overall, after my first training sessions, I can't yet judge how much the EMS effect really affects my training results. However, I had much more sore muscles than normal, which is an indication of the higher intensity of the training without having to work much harder.

The device comes in high-quality packaging and with a bag so that everything can be stowed away again after training. The workout can be selected via the app or directly on the device. You can choose between individual body regions (e.g. only six-pack, legs, stomach, etc.) or a full body workout, as well as a warm-up and cool-down. I also think it's great that you can put together your own workouts from the pre-programmed exercises with just one click. The installation and connection between the app and the device worked straight away, the workouts are varied and last 20 minutes, but despite the short time you work up a good sweat. The cables are long enough to do all the exercises. However, a wireless version would be even better, hence 4 stars.

Easy to use and the connection to the app works great. The workouts really pack a punch, you realise what you've done the next day. I also like to put together my own workouts, I think it's great. The electrodes hold securely and the cuffs are quick and easy to put on. All in all, a top training device with which you can train efficiently and effectively, without any weights.
