EM 39 2-in-1

I bought this abdominal muscle belt specifically because I don't need any replacement electrodes - so there are no follow-up costs, which is really good.
The belt is top quality, just as I have come to expect from other Beurer products. It should be clear to everyone that EMS training only works to support sport and good nutrition, but I think it's great to wear the abdominal muscle belt for about 30 minutes a day, especially when working from home, to support my training. I would buy it again!

Ideal complement to my EM95. Very good feel and quality. Simple handling in terms of technology and use. The programmes build on each other. A warm-up phase has also been included. Works perfectly and the intensity is absolutely sufficient. A clear recommendation to buy.

I didn't realise that there were EMS devices for use at home. I've already had good experiences in the gym, but now I've seen this device and tried it out for the first time today. It is very easy to use and fits well on the stomach. However, you shouldn't use it too much. It's great that there are 5 preset programmes. So you can start straight away. Up to level 40 you can really notice something. To achieve success, you should of course do sport and not sit on the sofa.
