There are many different male grooming products available. One of the most important tools is a shaver, which ensures smooth skin and removes unwanted hair from your face and body. Modern shavers are designed to not irritate the skin, thereby preventing sore skin and redness. They are easy to use and enable a thorough shave.
The right men’s shaver for any situation
Whether it’s your hair, beard or body – our Beurer men’s range has the perfect shaver for your desired look.
The precise hair clipper lets you create a professional hairstyle at home in next to no time.
There’s also a powerful beard trimmer that’s ideal for keeping your beard looking neat and tidy. The rotary shaver is designed for a particularly thorough shave, as its 3 shaving heads lie perfectly against your face.
What’s more, our range includes a precision trimmer for your eyebrows or removing hair from your nostrils and ears. The trimmer is also ideal for fine-tuning your look, such as the contours of your beard. The delicate shaver stands out with a particularly thin and slim attachment.
If you’re a guy who prefers just one device that can do everything, then our Multigroomer is the perfect choice. The Multigroomer comes with various attachments that you can use to cut your hair, trim your beard and add that special finishing touch.
Hair clippers
Hair clippers are ideal for men who want to cut their hair themselves. They are equipped with different attachments that enable you to cut your hair to different lengths. With a little practice, you can create different hairstyles yourself with the Beurer hair clipper and save a lot of money on visits to the barber.
The Beurer MN5X is equipped with 7 attachments and has a 4-step precision adjustment mechanism to provide the widest possible range of lengths.
Tips for successfully using hair clippers
It is a good idea to wash your hair before your new haircut as clean hair is cut more evenly.
If you have a new device or are less experienced, we recommend that you start with a longer setting and work your way up gradually.
The electric hair clipper works best when you hold the device flat against your head and move it against the direction in which your hair grows.
After cutting your hair, it is important to clean the hair clipper thoroughly and remove any remnants of cut hair. To ensure you enjoy cutting your hair for many years to come, you should oil the device at regular intervals.
Cutting hair with a hair clipper requires practice and skill, so keep at it – practice makes perfect!
Beard trimmers
Beard trimmers are specially designed for grooming and styling your beard. They are generally slimmer than devices such as hair clippers and enable you to trim your beard to a uniform length and shape it. With the right settings and attachments, you can use the beard trimmer to create different beard styles. Whether it’s three-day stubble, a full beard or a moustache – these devices can do everything.
The Beurer MN4X Beard Trimmer is easy to use and delivers excellent results. It is simple to clean as the device and shaver head are washable. The beard trimmer is also very versatile as it offers 12 cutting lengths from 0.8-12 mm and 2 extra attachments.
Tips for successfully using beard trimmers
- It is advisable to wash your beard before trimming it. A clean beard is cut more evenly and prevents dirt and oil from accumulating in your electric trimmer.
- As with the hair clipper, if you are using a new device or are less experienced, it makes sense to start by trimming your beard using a longer setting. This will prevent you from cutting off too much at once.
- You should always trim your beard against the direction in which the hair grows as this will help to achieve a uniform result.
- Work in sections and find a trimming routine that works for you. For example, start with the sides, then move to the area around your mouth and finish by trimming your neck area.
- To keep your beard trimmer in good condition and ensure you enjoy using it for many years to come, it is important that you thoroughly clean the device after using it. If you clean the trimmer with water, it should be completely dry before you reassemble and store it.
Rotary shavers
A rotary shaver is specially designed for shaving your face. It has round, rotating shaving heads that adapt to the contours of your face for a thorough, comfortable shave. It is ideal for men who prefer smooth facial skin and shave regularly.
The Beurer MN8X Rotary Shaver has a 360° flex shaver head so that it can adapt perfectly to contours. Additionally, there is a precision attachment for hard-to-reach places, which is easy to change as it is attached magnetically. As the rotary shaver is waterproof (IPX7), you can also use it in the shower.
Precision trimmers
Precision trimmers are suitable for shaping eyebrows and removing annoying hair in your nostrils and ears. These hair trimmers are also designed for styling beards. However, they are not intended for general, rough shaving; they are ideal for precision work on your face. They are perfect for shaping contours and creating details.
The Beurer MN2X Precision Trimmer comes with 2 high-quality stainless steel attachments and a comb attachment: attachments for trimming ear and nostril hair and a miniature blade with comb attachment for trimming and shaping your eyebrows. The precision trimmer is splash-proof (IPX4).
Multigroomers
The Multigroomer is a true all-rounder when it comes to male grooming. Equipped with various attachments, it can be used as a beard trimmer, hair clipper, precision trimmer and for removing body hair. It is particularly handy for men who want to look immaculate all over but don’t want to use too many different devices.
The MN9X Multigroomer from Beurer makes you look good from head to toe with high-quality stainless steel attachments that feel comfortable against the skin. In total, you get 11 attachments for trimming, shaving and precision work. As the cherry on top, the Multigroomer is also waterproof (IPX7), meaning you can use it in the shower or bath.
How does wet shaving differ from dry shaving?
Wet shaving refers to shaving using water plus soap, shaving gel or shaving foam. This is done to moisten and soften the area of the body in question before using a traditional razor or a safety razor blade. As a rule, this method removes all hair as the razor blades are positioned very close to the roots. Wet shaving can provide a particularly smooth shave.
Some electric shavers such as our MN8X and MN9X devices are waterproof (IPX7) and therefore also suitable for use in water, for example in the shower.
On the other hand, dry shaving refers to shaving with an electric shaver where neither water nor shaving foam are required. Some of our electric shavers can also be used with water, but this is usually considered a form of dry shaving. Dry shaving can be faster and more comfortable than wet shaving and often irritates the skin less. As a result, dry shaving can be a more practical option, especially on sensitive or hard-to-reach areas such as your back.
