IFA 2022: A holistic view of health with the new “beurer HealthManager Pro” app

Health is one of our most important assets and has long since become the number one megatrend. Whether you're at home, at the doctors or on the move – these days, it's essential to be able to access and share your health data at all times. With its "Connect" product range, Beurer is continually setting new standards in the digital healthcare sector and increasing health awareness in everyday life. At this year's IFA, the Ulm-based health specialist will be presenting the new "beurer HealthManager Pro" app, a new medical device app that takes modern health management to a new level.

The new medical device app ensures holistic health management. As with previous Beurer apps, numerous devices from the "Connect" range can also be used with the "beurer HealthManager Pro" app, for example in the areas of body weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, ECG, oxygen saturation, sleep, body temperature and activity. The various different applications are complemented by advanced features.

The medical device app that can do more
The new centrepiece of the Beurer app world also features impressive additional Smart Services, which are especially useful for people who want to keep an eye on their parameters over the long term, and who wish to benefit from health tips in everyday life. For example, the "beurer MyHeart" add-on module makes it easier to integrate a healthier lifestyle into everyday life in a targeted way. It also supports users with daily prompts, and exercise and nutrition tips as they gain a greater awareness of their health. The "beurer MyCardio Pro" service also provides the user with tailored analyses of their ECG measurements using certified algorithms, allowing for optimal monitoring of their heart health.

Modern design and intuitive operation
"beurer HealthManager Pro" has a fresh, modern design and is intuitive and easy to use. Accessibility was a key consideration when developing the user interface, so the new app can be used by anyone, including people with visual impairments. The font size, contrast and optimised parameter display can be adapted to the user's individual requirements to make the information easier to read. Measurements and progress are represented in clear graphics and can be accessed at any time and anywhere. This allows the user to easily monitor and track their health values over a longer period of time. One practical feature is the export function, which makes it possible to simply and securely send health values to a doctor, for example.

The new "beurer HealthManager Pro" app is available free of charge from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Additional services are available on a paid basis. Further information is available on the Beurer topic page.

Beurer is presenting new products across various product areas at IFA 2022. All highlights can be seen from 2 to 6 September 2022 in Hall 4.1, Stand 212.
