Beurer sonic toothbrushes impress in ETM TESTMAGAZIN

Two models, two strong results: The Beurer Sonic Toothbrushes SC 50 and SC 30 achieve "Very good" and "Good" ratings in the latest online tests by ETM TESTMAGAZIN. What made the devices convincing for the testers and which model is suitable for whom.

Good dental care starts with the right tool: in two online tests by ETM TESTMAGAZIN dated 12 March 2026, the Beurer Sonic Toothbrushes SC 50 Midnight Ink and SC 30 Jet Black achieve strong results, demonstrating how modern technology can improve daily oral hygiene.

SC 50: High-quality workmanship and powerful cleaning

The SC 50 Midnight Ink scores 92.0 percent in the test and is awarded the grade "Very good". The model scores particularly highly with its powerful cleaning performance and easy handling. ETM rates the workmanship as high-quality and also highlights the five cleaning modes as well as the integrated pressure sensor: "It works flawlessly and reliably warns you if you press the bristles too hard against your teeth." In addition, the high-quality display of the SC 50 with its informative indicators is "undoubtedly a major strength of the model".

In addition to the many well-thought-out functions of the SC 50, its long battery life makes it particularly suitable for everyday use. "When the battery is fully charged, the model can be used in Daily Clean mode for about a month of daily tooth cleaning," according to the ETM test verdict. This means the sonic toothbrush can also be taken on longer trips without needing to be recharged.

SC 30: Strong performance at an attractive price

The SC 30 Jet Black scores 88.1 percent in the test and receives the grade "Good". In the ETM test, the model delivered "surprisingly good results" in tooth cleaning because: "When it comes to tooth cleaning, the model shows its greatest strengths." The testers also praise the high-quality workmanship and the attractive pricing of the SC 30, which offers a range of
practical features, including four cleaning modes, "so that the model's operation can be adapted to different requirements".

With the SC 30 and SC 50, Beurer offers two sonic toothbrushes that meet different needs – from the budget-conscious entry-level solution to the comfort-oriented premium model. In the test, both sonic toothbrushes impress with their powerful cleaning performance in the most important discipline and prove: Good dental care does not have to be complicated or expensive.
