How do I use the EMShomeSTUDIO for everyday workouts?

Position the cuffs and electrodes on the body. Set the channels of the EM 95 Muscle Stimulation Device according to your training goals.

Activate the virtual coach in the app and select your predefined workout or test your limits with a customised training program.

Adjust the training intensity to your everyday life, track your training goals with the virtualCOACH and remain focussed on your goal of a defined body.
The HomeSTUDIO EMS is based on three pillars
The EMS homeSTUDIO from Beurer is based on electrical muscle stimulation (EMS). The high-end EMS device features 4 separately controllable channels, which you can use to individually control the intensity of your workout in different areas of your body.
In the “beurer EMS HomeStudio” app, the virtual coach guides you step by step through your training. 20 recorded workouts are available with three levels of difficulty – alternatively, you can create your own workouts from 50 exercise videos. The subsequent trainer feedback with detailed statistics helps you to monitor your success in the long term.
Eight self-adhesive gel electrodes and a total of four cuffs (2x arm and 2x leg) enable particularly effective training. If necessary, cuffs in other sizes can be reordered. The handy trouser clip and storage bag ensure convenient usage and storage.

Choose between 20 workouts in the categories “Fitness & Power” and “Relax & Wellbeing” or create your own training programs from 50 exercises.

Put on electrodes and cuffs
Your virtual coach shows you the exact placement of the cuffs and electrodes in the app.

Train with the virtual coach
Work out with the virtual coach – it will show you each exercise with application videos. You will also be shown the remaining time for your training.

Monitor your training successes
Detailed statistics allow you to monitor your training successes and be even more motivated by them.
