Check to make sure you have activated the Bluetooth® function on your smartphone and the device. If a connection can still not be established, this could be due to different reasons:
- The minimum range in the open is approx. 15 m. Walls and ceilings reduce the range.
- Check whether you currently have an active Bluetooth® connection with other devices such as your smartwatch, fitness tracker or other gadgets. Disconnect or move the relevant device outside the Bluetooth® range.
- Other radio waves (e.g. WIFI router, microwaves, induction hobs) can interfere with the transfer.
- You are not connected to the app. Completely close the app (including in the background). Switch Bluetooth® off and back on again. Switch the smartphone off and back on again. Briefly remove the batteries from your device and reinsert them. Synchronise again.
First check whether the device has been saved in the Bluetooth® settings of your smartphone. If so, remove it and try to connect to the app again.

SleepQuiet
The app is currently available for: list of compatible smartphones
Green = normal snoring = 0 - 19 snores per hour
Yellow = light snoring = 20 - 49 snores per hour
Orange = medium snoring = 50 - 99 snores per hour
Red = strong snoring = > 100 snores per hour
The percentage value represents the proportion of snore-free time, measured during the whole recording duration. This means that the higher this value is, the less the person snores due to the successful intervention of the snore stopper.
The data is saved on the snore stopper and on the smartphone once it has been transferred.
In order to transfer the settings to the snore stopper, a synchronisation must be carried out after each change. You can see when the last synchronisation was carried out on the homescreen.
Yes, the data can be transferred to a PC using the export function in the app.
LightUp
The app is currently available for: list of compatible smartphones
Google requires access to the location from Android 6.0, as soon as the use of Bluetooth® is required. The location information is not used by the "Beurer LightUp" app, nor is it forwarded to third parties.
Open the "Beurer LightUp" app and search for your WL 75. If the device is not displayed, please check if Bluetooth® is activated on your smartphone as well as on your WL 75 under device settings. To activate the Bluetooth® on your device, press the SET button until the Bluetooth® symbol appears in the display. Press and hold the SET button until the word "on" flashes on the display. If the connection is still not working, disconnect your WL 75 from the mains and/or restart your smartphone.
There may be multiple reasons why the app is not connecting to the WL 75:
- The access to location information was denied
- Bluetooth® has not been activated on the smartphone
- The smartphone does not support Bluetooth® 4.0 (see system requirements, instructions for use p.3)
To connect the WL 75 with the app, the sub-menu "wake-up light" must first be selected. The WL 75 is then displayed. Select it to connect the devices.
Ob Ihr WL 75 eine aktive Bluetooth®-Verbindung zur App hat, erkennen Sie an dem Bluetooth®-Symbol im Display Ihres WL 75.
Please deactivate the sleep mode in the app and carry out the desired settings again.
Please deactivate the sleep mode in the app and try to carry out the desired settings again.
The radio station which is played in sleep mode is the station already selected on the radio. To change this, please select "Radio" in the menu and carry out the settings for additional stations.
To wake you up gently, the wake-up light (simulation of sunlight) turns on before the alarm. The lead time of the wake-up light depends on the set duration of the sunrise. If you want to test this function, the selected alarm time must be set to at least the duration of the wake-up light + one minute.

FreshHome
Like many other WIFI devices, our air purifiers can only connect to a 2.4 GHz network.
The reason for this is that a 2.4 GHz network is not as easily blocked by obstacles such as walls compared to a 5 GHz network and therefore normally has a higher range.
Please check whether your WIFI router's 2.4 GHz network is activated. Please refer to the instructions for use for your router.
There may be several reasons for this:
1. WIFI password entered incorrectly
Check whether you have entered your WIFI password correctly.
2. Distance to router is too large
Try to move your air purifier closer to your router.
3. Incorrect network
Like many other WIFI devices, our air purifiers can only connect to a 2.4 GHz network.
The reason for this is that a 2.4 GHz network is not as easily blocked by obstacles such as walls compared to a 5 GHz network and therefore normally has a higher range.

4. No connection to the server
Check whether your router has an active connection to the Internet.
CalmDown
The app is the perfect addition to the beurer stress releaZer. Regular and conscious breathing exercises reduce your stress level in a natural way. The app also complements the device with the following relaxation aids:
- relaxation melodies
- audio visually guided breathing
- binaural beats
- light support on the display
- 6-week programme
The app is currently available for: List of compatible smartphones
It is very easy to link the device with the app, by following these steps:
- Activate Bluetooth® on your smartphone/tablet.
- Switch on the stress releaZer and press the stress releaZer ON/OFF button once.
- The app and device are linked automatically.
- The minimum range in the open is approx. 15 m. Walls and ceilings reduce the range.
- Check whether you currently have an active Bluetooth® connection with other devices such as your smartwatch, fitness tracker or other gadgets. – Disconnect or move the relevant device outside the Bluetooth® range
- Other radio waves (e.g.: WIFI router, microwave, induction hobs) can interfere with the transfer.
Select the breathing cycle (10, 12 or 14 seconds) of your choice. In the "beurer CalmDown" app you can find out which cycle is best for you, with the help of the breathing rhythm test. For this purpose, open the menu item "More" and select "Test breathing rhythm".
Use the breathing rhythm test to find out which breathing cycle is the most comfortable for you.
Choose between 10, 12 or 14 seconds. A breathing cycle of e.g. 10 seconds involves breathing in and out for 5 seconds each. It merely depends on your personal well-being.
At the beginning, we recommend starting with our 6-week programme. In this way, you can become familiar with your breathing training and increase the intensity week by week.
To help you relax even more during the breathing exercises, you can choose from three different musical pieces (forest, jungle or ocean) in the "Training selection" menu.
In the app, you have the option of listening to binaural beats during the exercise using earphones.
Binaural beats are created in the brain and are an acoustic illusion. During this process, you receive a different frequency of sound in each ear. The brainwaves are stimulated, promoting relaxation and concentration.
BabyCare
The app is currently available for: List of compatible smartphones
Currently, the baby scale BY 90 and the non-contact thermometer FT 95 can be connected with the app.
BY 90 baby scale:
- When using the baby scale for the first time, the "APP" symbol appears in the scale display for 120 seconds. During this time, you can activate the Bluetooth® function on your mobile end device and open the app.
- Select the "Devices" menu item in the app. The baby scale will be added to the app.
- If you wish to connect the baby scale with the app for the first time after the "APP" symbol has disappeared after 120 seconds, simply press the Bluetooth® button on the scale.
- You can then select the baby scale under the "Devices" menu item, and it will be added to the app.
- The scale is successfully connected to the app once the Bluetooth® symbol appears in the display. Data will then be automatically transferred.
FT 95 non-contact thermometer:
- Activate the Bluetooth® function in the thermometer and your mobile end device, and open the "Devices" menu item in your "beurer BabyCare" app.
- A 6-digit PIN code will be shown in the thermometer display. This must be entered in the input field in the app.
- The device is then connected with the app.
- Disconnect or move the relevant device outside the Bluetooth® range.

To transfer the measured weight to the app, press the Bluetooth® button after the measurement has successfully been taken. The readings are transferred to the app as soon as the scale is connected with the app via Bluetooth®. The baby scale automatically switches off once the transfer has been completed successfully. You can find all newly transferred measurements in the app, under the "Devices" menu item for your baby scale. These can then be assigned to your baby, and thus be transferred to the app's timeline.
FT 95 non-contact thermometer:
Activate the Bluetooth® function on the thermometer and your mobile end device. Once the connection has been established, readings taken by the thermometer will be transmitted automatically to the app. The readings will be displayed in the app and can be allocated to a baby-specific profile. If you wish to transmit the readings at a later point, activate the thermometer and open up the saved readings with the MODE/MEM button.
- Disconnect or move the relevant device outside the Bluetooth® range.
