I use the cushion in the office. The cushion heats up really quickly and the levels are easy to adjust. I wouldn't want to be without it. The only small drawback is that the velvet cover is a bit tricky because it quickly looks "fuzzy". Even after unpacking. But by smoothing it out and trying it out...
