This is how to obtain reliable and precise measurement results:
1. Create a scale user in the “beurer HealthManager Pro” app and select one of 5 activity levels.
2. Step barefoot onto the foot electrodes and try to distribute your weight as evenly as possible. The personal scale switches on automatically.
3. Pull out the hand unit and, with your arms extended, hold it at hip height away from your body.
4. Place both thumbs on the oval hand electrodes and grasp the elongated electrode on the back with the remaining fingers (do not form a fist around the hand unit).
