The selection of the 6 temperature settings is conveniently made via the electric hand switch. For safety, the blanket switches off automatically after 3 hours and overheating is prevented by the Beurer Safety System.

The heated blanket is made of a cuddly soft material. The textiles used are tested for harmful substances, skin-friendly and OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.

For easy cleaning and hygienic cleanliness of the heated blanket, it can be machine-washed at 30°C. For this, the hand switch simply needs to be removed.

I am very disappointed with this Beurer blanket. It does not heat up very well and the heat is unevenly distributed. Even worse, it broke after the first wash, even though I followed the instructions. I have not received any response from customer service to date. This is unacceptable for a product in this price range.

Very disappointed: does not survive the first wash

The first one was faulty. They replaced it, but this second one doesn't heat up very well! What's more, it doesn't heat evenly (only in certain spots) and takes a very long time (at least 15 minutes). Overall, it's very poor quality. Not recommended.

I had already bought this blanket in a smaller size for my mum and she loved it. Now my mum has passed away, I have inherited it, and my husband loves it too, but one heated blanket isn't enough, so I bought another one in a larger size because mine is bigger. I think the quality is very good because it is very soft and you can really snuggle up in it. I also think it's great that you can wash it, and the automatic switch-off function is very good because you often go out and forget to turn the blanket off. I would recommend this blanket to anyone.
