Beurer is in the top 1% of German SMEs (the “Mittelstand”), according to MSG rankings

For the seventh year in a row, the Munich Strategy Group (MSG), together with the daily newspaper “Die Welt”, has selected the “Top 100 Growth and Revenue Stars” from German SMEs. For this purpose, the sales and EBIT developments of 3,500 companies from 2011 to 2015 were evaluated. With an annual sales growth rate of over 11% and above-average profit and equity ratios, Beurer was able to break into the Top 100. At number 34, we are in the top 1% of the 3,500 companies evaluated.

3,500 companies with turnovers between EUR 15m and EUR 600m across all sectors and regions were analysed for the study. The five-year evaluation period and the purely quantitative rating criteria ensure that only companies with long-term success are recognised.

Beurer named Specialist Retail Brand 2017

Beurer has been named as the “Specialist Retail Brand of the Year” for the second year in a row. In the vote, which was initiated by Plus X Award, verified specialist retailers had one month to cast a vote for their favourite specialist retail brand in each of the product sectors relevant to them. The aim was to honour manufacturers that have impressed with particularly cooperative and coherent concepts for specialist trade.

Beurer was able to win voters over in the category of “Health & Personal Care” and bring the title “Specialist Retail Brand of the Year” back to Ulm.

Special retailers' award

Beurer has been cultivating close relationships with the specialist retail trade for years. “Our focus is particularly on service and handling of complaints. For us, this includes optimum availability and support from the field service, wide-ranging training opportunities, extensive PoS material and loyalty to specialist retail trade,” comments Kerstin Glanzer, Head of Marketing at Beurer GmbH. “Our specialist retailers can also access the latest content, such as product images or packaging, at any time using an online portal. We are delighted that our range is being so well accepted and are proud that the specialist retailers are rewarding our concept with this award.”

Beurer awarded the “Health-i Award”

“Sleep is a hot topic in the field of health. Winning the Health-i Award with the SE 80 encourages us to further expand our SleepLine range and to support our customers with further product solutions in this segment”, states Beurer Managing Director Georg Walkenbach.

SE 80 SleepExpert – sleep sensor from the Beurer SleepLine

The non-contact sleep sensor SE 80 forms the basis of the Beurer SleepLine. It is placed under the mattress and precisely records sleep. Vital parameters are calculated from the measured signals and sleep phases are derived from this. Each user receives a detailed overview of their sleeping behaviour from the compatible “beurer SleepExpert” app. It is possible to improve quality of life and sleep by changing factors crucial to sleep.
