IFA 2026: New fever thermometer range: Beurer TempCheck® ensures precise and safe measurement results
Just in time for this year’s IFA, Beurer is relaunching its range of fever thermometers and consolidating it under the name TempCheck®. The range combines various measurement methods with a newly developed design language. The aim is to make it easier for users to choose the right device while enabling simple, fast and reliable temperature measurement in everyday life. Three new models will be presented in Berlin: MultiSense, TouchFree and EarSense.
Especially in situations where things need to move quickly – for example, when a child suddenly feels warm at night or you yourself feel feverish and exhausted – straightforward temperature determination is key. Fever thermometers should be intuitive to use at such moments and deliver results that can be interpreted immediately. This is precisely where Beurer’s new TempCheck® range with the highlight products MultiSense, TouchFree and EarSense comes in.
All three models use infrared measurement technology, which delivers reliable and precise results within a few seconds. In addition, the new thermometers display the measured values in °C or °F, offer storage for the last 30 readings and, in addition to body temperature, can also measure surface and room temperatures.
MultiSense: The all-rounder for everyday family life
With the MultiSense, Beurer is launching a multifunction thermometer that can measure body temperature on the forehead as well as in the ear. The device automatically detects which measurement method is being used and switches modes accordingly. The coloured fever indicator makes it easier to interpret the measured values. In addition, an integrated silent mode ensures an undisturbed measurement, particularly practical for sleeping children. The MultiSense is available in Deep Black and Pure White. Available in black and white
TouchFree: Contactless temperature measurement on the forehead
Those specifically looking for a reliable forehead thermometer will find a clear solution in the TouchFree model. The temperature is measured hygienically and safely without skin contact. This device also features a silent mode for noiseless measurement and the three-colour fever indicator, which makes the results easy to understand at a glance: Green stands for normal temperature, yellow for elevated temperature and red for fever. The product comes in an elegant black design.
EarSense: Reliable temperature measurement in the ear
For users who prefer temperature measurement in the ear, Beurer has developed the new EarSense. The main features of this model also include the coloured fever indicator for easy interpretation of results and the practical silent mode. It is available in Deep Black and Pure White. For hygienic use, 20 disposable protective caps are included.
All three new products are medical devices in accordance with the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) 2017/745. They are also connected to the “beurer HealthManager Pro” app via the “Scan & Save” function. This allows measurement values to be documented, compared and temperature trends to be clearly tracked.
All new products from Beurer can be seen at the IFA from 4 to 8 September 2026 in Hall 4.1 at Stand 112.
