I had an orthopaedist recommend it to me for my knee pain. Works great! The massage function is pleasant, I haven't used EMS yet. Great piece!

Top device! Works perfectly!

The device stopped working after only 5 months! I then contacted customer service and sent the device in for repair!
The customer service sent the device back to me defective! With the justification that it was not defective!
The BEURER company sells miserable quality and then takes the piss out of its customers!
Typical German, dishonest to the core!

Poor quality and customer service

In the meantime, I have also bought a competitor's product. We noticed big differences. I am glad that I came across the EM 49 from Beurer. The operation of the EM 49 is self-explanatory if you know what you want to do with the device. I bought it because of my knee pain. It is good that the last mode setting is retained. You only have to set the intensity again. The electrode pads stick well to the skin. Unfortunately, there are different connection cables. Once you have decided on a device, you have also decided on a type of connection cable and a type of pad. Standardisation would be desirable.

Excellent product...does its job very well. However, there is a lack of a travel case.

I always had neck and back pain. Since I've been using the Beurer EM 49, the pain has decreased significantly. An investment that has paid off.

Top device, have been using it for a week!
Much less pain in my calf and shoulder thanks to TENS and massage!

Small fly in the ointment:
Would be nice if each programme point was described in more detail e.g. TENS 1 upper limb pain 1 TENS 2 upper limb pain 2 what's the difference?
It's even more confusing with massage!

I bought the device for my neck pain. I was sceptical at first, but I have to admit that yes, it helps.

I have been using TENS devices for a long time and I am very satisfied. They are very pleasant to use and I have the feeling that the pain disappears more quickly.

I know the TENS/EMS principle from the gym and have been a complete fan of it since a trial session! Of course, it didn't take me long to decide whether to buy a device for home use. I then came across the EM 49 from Beurer and I was immediately convinced by its versatility. The pads adhere very well to the skin and I can adjust the device perfectly to my needs, whether I want to train my abdominal muscles or relax my back. I'm completely satisfied with it!
