Bm 27 absolute bad buy

Dear Sir or Madam!
I am dissatisfied with the device (the appearance is good, the price is reasonable): Hose connecting the device and the cuff is so short that you have to sit "in a hug" with it when measuring the pressure. The cuff is made of cheap material and is uncomfortable, the measurement results are difficult to see on the display, especially the pulse,
You literally have to stand up and bend down to see the small numbers that are pushed under the edge.
My trusty Panasonic is obviously "tired" after 14 years of loyal service...
 When I bought your machine I was hoping to buy a fairly high quality and reasonably priced (affordable for pensioners) machine from a German company. unfortunately it's not!

The setting options are simply poor, or there are no
instructions (....without buying a new "washing machine").
