Prioritisation of feature long-texts

Good device

I purchased a blood pressure monitor from the manufacturer's website, I was hoping to receive a new product; unfortunately I received equipment with visible signs of use, this is the last purchase from this manufacturer and from the website

The wrong purchase

I am very satisfied with the ease of use of the device, the manual is WELL written and simply explained.

What annoys me is that the display switches off quickly when I connect it to the computer and the data transfer no longer works (Health Manager Pro), please fix this!

And what I didn't like was that the large cuff wasn't supplied from the outset, which I had to buy later. I thought that was stupid.

GOOD AND EASY TO OPERATE

We have been using the BM- 58 with 2 people since the end of 2018 and are very satisfied with it.
The data transfer, which I then prepare separately in an EXCEL file, is very good. I can then analyse the data further.
The standard evaluation is also OK, but I can analyse more with the csv file.
I can only recommend the device and the Beurer service. Keep up the good work.

Practical design and handling. Fast measurement, no difficulties even with thin upper arms.

The BM58 blood pressure monitor is not even a guessing device. When I measured it, I got a pulse of 172?? and shortly afterwards a pulse of 86. I now completely doubt the values of the device, which is a shame for the money spent.

The BM58 is my 2nd upper arm blood pressure monitor. I don't know how long I've had it as I can't find the invoice at the moment, it's worked well so far and now it's leaking. I don't think I've owned it for more than 3 years. Is this a quality product? Why can't you get any information on the homepage about whether you can send a device in for inspection, or should you go back to the shop where you bought it? Can you tell how old the device is from the (serial) number on the back? The number is 824/019729. A button for complaints/service on the website would be helpful.

The best measuring device I have ever had

There is no understandable reason to store my data with you. The "free" advert for the Health Manager is therefore a lie. Data octopuses do not have a good reputation. I will look for an alternative and avoid your interest in my data as far as possible
