Really easy to use, there are several strengths and the 5th is enough for me personally, battery lasts forever.

I can give you a full 5 stars. My cramps are very severe depending on my cycle, but thanks to the EMS device I still manage to go to work every day and have little or no pain. The wave therapy helps me the most, I no longer need heat at all.

Extreme pain

I already knew a previous model of this appliance and therefore wanted to buy one. Unfortunately, the cheaper model I had already tried was no longer available and I bought this one. The Tens function is as usual and helpful, but the heat function is completely unusable for me and literally burns my skin. The heat is only emitted in the small centre area and is far too hot. Unfortunately, this cannot be changed either. I am therefore very disappointed with the rather expensive price compared to the previous model, which worked well for around €30, and I don't find it very usable.

Unfortunately, I can only use it to a very limited extent.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the device!
It doesn't bring me any relief and it feels annoying. I also always had the feeling of losing it.
Unfortunately it failed for me.
Customer service also never got back to me when I wanted to return it.

No relief

Unfortunately, the pad broke after a short time. That can happen.
What should not happen is that you write an email and receive no reply. Very disappointing for a product that is actually quite good.

Poor customer service

The device is very good, provides relief and is easy to wear under clothing. Unfortunately, the battery charge is quite short, so it is not so practical for travelling and you have to resort to other products.

Good from the point of view

I regularly suffer from severe pain and this device helps me noticeably to relieve it - the TENS function in particular is really effective. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the heat function: Even on the lowest setting, it gave me skin burns. The heat is only emitted in the centre area and is not distributed sufficiently. It would be much more helpful if the heat function worked where the TENS impulses are applied. Overall, I am satisfied with the device, but there is still room for improvement.

Very good product with minor weaknesses

I have been using this product since December 2022 and it helps me a lot during my periods. I use less painkillers with it than I normally would, and I also have endometriosis and sometimes the pains caused me to stay in bed for several hours. Even at low levels, the electrostimulation provides tremendous relief and allows me to recover more quickly. I can confidently recommend to others who have painful periods, it really helps me.

Relief during menstruation

I received the device as a gift from my grandmother after a friend recommended it to me.
Since I've had it, I no longer have to take painkillers. For years I suffered from severe pain and even severe circulatory problems and nausea during my period and couldn't find a solution. I'm really glad that this is no longer a problem thanks to this product. I think it's great that you can adjust everything exactly to your own level of pain and that I can recharge it at any time and continue using it, so there's no waste. A great invention and worth every euro.

Super fast delivery at exactly the right time. It's already running, super pleasant. The heat is just right and the Tens function stimulates exactly the right area. This makes the endometriosis pain more bearable

This device does what no painkiller in the world has done for me so far: I get through my period well. I'm absolutely thrilled (I've had it for about a year now!) Even the gel pads are still perfect. The battery performance is also marvellous.

Finally a product that I can take instead of a painkiller!

All in all, good. Reduces the pain, so fulfils the task, current compared to other TENS products very pleasant. A longer battery life would be an advantage, as well as no automatic switch-off after 20 minutes. The buttons are rather inconvenient, so that you switch TENS down rather conspicuously, as it is very close to the intimate area. I would like it better if the up/down buttons were both at the top and the on/off button was larger. This would make it easier to switch the functions without having to fiddle with the waistband at work/uni/school. A storage box for transport would also be desirable to better protect it from dust and the like.

I bought the Menstrual Relax because of my menstrual cramps (caused by endometriosis) and I am absolutely thrilled! On "weaker" days it helps so much that I can manage without painkillers. On "bad" days, I unfortunately have to continue taking painkillers, but the Menstrual Relax is incredibly good for me here too and is relaxing. The best thing is: you can take it with you everywhere, I also stick it on at work in between. I am totally thrilled and can only recommend it!

The best help there is for menstrual pain and endometriosis! It helps immediately and you don't have to wait until the pain becomes more bearable like with tablets. With the help of EM 50 Menstrual Relax I could completely do without tablets! It's so much better than I expected. A clear recommendation.

I am absolutely thrilled with this little helper. It helps me through every phase of endometriosis, whether it's bladder pain or abdominal cramps. It's really comfortable to wear, not at all noticeable and the adhesive pads last as well as on the first day - even if you don't clean them straight away. I would just need the whole thing to be a bit stronger so that I can use it more often, but then I don't think it would be as nice and flat. Clear recommendation

I bought the appliance for my daughter, who really likes it. Unfortunately, it broke after a short time. However, it was exchanged without any problems. Great customer service

Great device and the functionality is also very nice. However, it is now defective after only 4 weeks (only beeps and barks) and has only been used a maximum of 15 times for 20 minutes. Hope for a quick reply from Beurer and will then adjust the rating accordingly. Very disappointed about the defect for the time being.

I suffer from endometriosis and I am delighted with this device. Unfortunately, I have to use it a lot, so I would like a more powerful battery.
I really like the fact that the Tens alternates and therefore addresses several areas. The heat is super pleasant but not too hot. All in all, I can highly recommend it, I have already been able to reduce my need for painkillers very well by using the Mens Pad! I definitely won't be giving it away again (:

The price/performance ratio seems balanced.
It is practical that there are no cables hanging around and the heat function is integrated. Unfortunately, it is not adjustable and neither is the rhythm of the electrostimulation (I find the unevenness very unpleasant). The shape of the device is not ideal for me. I would like to place it lower, but it is too wide for that. I also don't like the automatic switch-off function. I have to fiddle with my trousers every 20 minutes to switch the appliance on again. Conclusion: Functions ok (I'm very impressed with TENS), design could be improved.

I got the device as a present for my birthday 2 weeks ago, because I was diagnosed with endometriosis at the beginning of the year and I have always had very bad abdominal pain, I saw the device at Anna Wilken and wanted to have it I was able to try it out for the first time and I am 100% thrilled it did me so much good and helped so much with my pain. I hardly felt the device itself when I was wearing it.

Unfortunately, however, the battery was empty after just under 5 hours, even though I didn't use the heat function very often.

As I mainly want to use the device in everyday life, I don't always have the opportunity to recharge the battery.

Unfortunately only a conditional recommendation to buy. The device is not as discreet as advertised. It is noticeable when worn under trousers with a loose-fitting top. A beep sounds both when switching on and when changing the programme and intensity. In my opinion, anything but discreet.
Furthermore, it is not suitable for everyday use. The device comes without a bag or box to carry it in. But you don't want to have it stuck on all day either, and certainly not if you can't plan your schedule.
The device comes without a suitable mains adapter. You can use the mains adapter of a smartphone, but the lower amperage means that the charging time doubles from two to four hours. Battery operation would make more sense here.
Furthermore, the workmanship really leaves a lot to be desired. The connection cover won't last too long and my device came with minor visual defects (bumps in the surface, only visual, but still annoying).
I have to say, a simple TENS unit that may not have a heat function but costs less than half the price would be much more discreet. The electrodes are flatter and you can easily hide the remote control in your trouser pocket. I was hoping for more for the money, unfortunately I can only recommend the device for use at home, but only if you really want the heat function. If not, a simple TENS device will do.

I was super surprised that there is an effective product that I can use throughout the day, whether I'm at home or in the office!

As I suffer from endometriosis myself, I was hoping that this product would help me and indeed, I have finally found something that doesn't completely relieve the pain but makes it much easier.
