Stretching can have a relaxing effect and is often used for tension, after exercise or for tired joints. The MG 280 Mat from Beurer combines effective stretching modules with a relieving massage. A very good way to relax after a stressful day or in between. The heat function is beneficial for the back and very pleasant, especially now in the cold season. The stretching is intensive and the chest is well stretched so that the breath can flow deeply. The motor/pumping noises are very loud in my opinion. Relaxation music and headphones are an ok remedy. This allows me to immerse myself even more deeply in relaxation. I am very happy to be able to create a relaxation routine with the MG280. An absolute recommendation to buy.

This product helps with pain and tension. It has a calming effect on tension. I am a YOGA teacher myself and use it as a supplement and to relax. The different programmes are well thought out and the heat in different levels is always very good.  The movements performed with the mat are very much orientated towards YOGA movements and support stretching. The mat also helps with headaches because the whole back of the body is gently pulled apart.
I am very enthusiastic and use the mat regularly and can only recommend it to others.

I had a few alternative products to choose from, but decided in favour of this product because of the positive reviews and, above all, the possibility of combining it with heat and vibration.
I have not regretted it. I'm currently still on the Spin and Relax programme but will slowly work my way up, also in terms of intensity.

Because of the price, I first considered whether I should really buy the mat. But I found the description very interesting and I have to say it exceeded my expectations! I use the mat almost every day and always feel totally relaxed afterwards. The additional heat function is also very pleasant. I would definitely buy it again, it's worth every cent.

First the positives, the pre-programmed programmes are great, especially in conjunction with the heat that can be switched on.
Now for the negatives.
If you take a closer look at the mat and feel it, you get the impression that half of it was forgotten during assembly. You lie undamped on cables, hoses, cable ties, air chambers (some of which can be moved???) and, worst of all, on valves that stick up about 2 cm and are extremely painful when you turn certain parts. The whole thing is covered with a thin, flabby fabric.
I had not expected such borderline poor workmanship from Beurer products.
The vibration massage is hardly noticeable and therefore nothing to speak in favour of this mat.
All in all, an absolute disappointment.
