Hello, I think your chair is great, but what I don't like for private use is that you can't operate the footrest separately, that puts me off buying it for private use, at the moment I use the chair every day in the shop :-) it's a shame that it doesn't have this option, it would be nice for at home

Unfortunately, I can't give a better rating because I've had the wrong chair delivered for 20 days. The customer service is not able to replace the chair. Too bad
