Hello, I think your chair is great, but what I don't like for private use is that you can't operate the footrest separately, that puts me off buying it for private use, at the moment I use the chair every day in the shop :-) it's a shame that it doesn't have this option, it would be nice for at home

Really great for relaxing in between or just in the evening! Like a massage parlour at home, it was worth it.

Unfortunately, I can't give a better rating because I've had the wrong chair delivered for 20 days. The customer service is not able to replace the chair. Too bad

We really like the MC3800 chair, but I personally can't use it because my intervertebral discs don't like the massage.
However, my wife is very happy with the chair.
The leg section should be a little higher - I'm used to this from my armchair and wouldn't want to miss it.
