What can we say? The future! Impossible to do without, I really don't know how I used to cope with nasal congestion from seasonal colds.

A really effective infrared lamp for treating tense or contracted areas. The heat sensation is very pleasant and the treatment area is about 30x30 cm. The body should be kept at a distance of at least 30 cm. The lamp obviously gets hot, so watch out for the little ones. An excellent purchase considering the price and the convenience of being able to do the treatments at home.

Infrared lamps are not at all widespread in Italy, we were recommended to buy this one by a Dutch friend. Personally, I tried this infrared heat lamp for a small problem of frequent muscle contractures, especially in the cervical area.
So far, I have had the opportunity to do 4/5 sessions of 15 minutes and I was pleasantly surprised because already after the first use I noticed a clear improvement in the looseness of the muscles.  My partner tried it instead on a knee and she too immediately noticed an improvement and the total disappearance of pain. What can I say? We are very satisfied :) Especially because for a product on offer we got away with it at a fair price when I think of the benefits I'm getting from it, we couldn't do without it any more.

My GP's advice to use red light in addition to antibiotics and various nasal sprays was very good.
