The device works in exactly the same way as those from other companies. Unfortunately, the feel is not optimal. It is quite flat and small, rounded at the sides and constantly slips. The original Bite Away in pen form is better designed.

Poor haptics

I've had the device for a while...but really hardly used it. Unfortunately, it no longer works. It can be switched on, but the heat plate doesn't work at all. So it's useless. Disappointing!

Helps perfectly. Itching is gone immediately. The only disadvantage is that it sometimes hurts, depending on the position of the sting. But it only lasts a few seconds. Not all children go along with this. But great for adults. And much better than the "original". The batteries last much longer and the device fits better in the hand. I now own three of them.

I have had mosquito bites every summer for years. 2 years ago I finally found something. and that is this insect bite healer. all I can say is why didn't I find it earlier. you can really give it 5 stars. i can really only recommend it to everyone.

Great product - very handy and therefore always with you. Amazingly good effect. My used ointments from "previous years" have finally been disposed of properly.

It actually works surprisingly well and proved to be a good alternative to creams etc. on our last holiday. Simply treat the new stings with it straight away in the morning and there is hardly any itching. The only (small) disadvantage, which is probably unavoidable due to the principle: the heat is a little unpleasant for a short time. Not an issue for adults, but our small children still need to be convinced.

A well-designed appliance that is easy to use. A particular highlight is the on/off switch, which prevents "accidental" activation. Compared to the competition, there are also no "predetermined breaking points".

The better alternative to the probably best-selling market leader. Reasonable battery compartment and better operation. However, the power switch is a little small and can only be operated with a fingernail.
