Doesn't work after a month and a half of use

Good morning, I am sorry to have to say this, but this atomiser is simply a comical contraption: it does not perform the expected task at all.

I had another nebuliser for years before this one, also from beurer, with which I was very satisfied.
I then bought this device. In principle, it would be good. Unfortunately, the device stopped working after a few uses. It no longer heats up or nebulises.  The device was very rarely used, so it can't be wear and tear.

Until now, I always relied on the classic steam bath when I had a cold. However, I always had the problem that the water was very hot at the beginning and then cooled down quickly. In contrast, the nebuliser maintains the temperature throughout the entire application and you can also inhale directly into your mouth and nose. The device is easy to operate and pleasant to use. I am very satisfied.
