Connection keeps dropping out. Must of necessity buy another brand.

This is the best instep warming underblanket I have ever bought. The functions are self-explanatory and very easy to use. It is not felt as a foreign body even when lying down - simply great. Now two negative points that have to be mentioned: 1. the connection plug on the bed could be better and not disturbingly attached. And the LCD button switch cable could be longer. Otherwise a very good purchase decision with a 5-year guarantee.

The heated underblanket would be great in itself if there weren't 2 major shortcomings:
1. the "plug socket" is in a very annoying position at shoulder height of the lying surface (on the left when viewed from the front); it is in the way and gets warm.
2. cable and fitting only on the left-hand side (when standing in front of it). Stupid in the double bed for the right mattress

Was a Christmas present, so unfortunately we missed the cancellation deadline, otherwise we would have sent it back. Far too expensive for these shortcomings.
