The heated underblanket with its 2×9 settings is easy to regulate and fulfils its purpose as described.
It warms up quickly and therefore only needs to be switched on shortly before use.
However, we always take it out before using the bed as we find lying on it uncomfortable.

I bought the product in February 2025. Now, on 1 December 2025, the heated underblanket no longer works.
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the experiences of the previous reviews. If it works, then it is a really useful heated underblanket.
At the price paid of 75.99 euros, the functionality should at least extend over the period of the statutory warranty obligation.
I have asserted my statutory warranty claim, but have not yet received any feedback (apart from the confirmation of receipt).

Beurer UB 90 comfort underblanket

I bought the heated blanket on 25/02/2025. Defect in 11.2025
So I made a complaint... sent in and got the message that there is no defect... it may be that the service department sees it that way, I am of the opinion that if the LCD display is set to 9 and the heating mat remains cold, that this is NOT a function... I am probably alone.
Well, I'll just keep complaining about this part until I get a blanket that also warms.....

Caution ! no long service life + poor service

I have been using the UB90 underblanket for several years and was initially very impressed: it is clearly one of the premium products in this sector and reliably provides pleasant warmth. Due to the high price, you rightly expect excellent workmanship and durability.

Despite the good heat output, I have repeatedly experienced problems with durability. Firstly, the display faded considerably over time until it was barely legible. Even after the first wash, the blanket showed serious material defects: the top and bottom sides had apparently separated from each other, allowing the heating wires to overlap noticeably and move freely. This gives the impression of a sack sewn together at the edges rather than a neatly finished blanket.

Conclusion: If you are looking for a very warm, comfortable underblanket, the UB90 is a good solution - especially at the beginning. However, anyone who values long-term stability, hard-wearing workmanship and a permanently intact display should be careful. For the price, I would expect a better material connection and more robust electronics. Would I recommend this model? Yes, if you prioritise thermal performance and favour a German product that I think is safe and won't even start to burn at night.

Nothing lasts forever

Bought last year in November (2024). In itself a great item, as long as it works. Got me through last winter. As I lie on my right, I had to turn it round and my socket is up by my head. The connection was a bit annoying and I had to pull the blanket up so far that my feet were no longer completely on it. Thank goodness I'm small.

Took it out again yesterday (October 2025) - can no longer be switched on or only the light flickers.
Far too expensive for the fact that it only lasted one winter.
I'm disappointed, I'd bought a Beurer because I thought it was a good brand.

Breaks quickly...

The heated underblanket is great, the only pity is that it doesn't last too long. I've already bought several and another one has just broken, it just doesn't get warm any more.
It's annoying because it's not exactly cheap.

Not functional for long

In principle I'm happy, but: I sleep on the right. So I have to turn the underbed round so that the cable comes out on the outside of the bed. The cable from the underbed to the switch is also very short. The light is too bright at night, it would be better if it switched off completely and only switched on again when I press a button.

The UB 90 is a really great thing. Especially if your feet don't want to get warm, you can regulate the foot area separately. You get a warm bed and the room doesn't have to be heated separately.

I am very satisfied with this heated underblanket :) It is extremely worthwhile, especially in the cold season, I can really only "warmly" recommend it to everyone
