Even with 3 it's just lukewarm...disappointed

Not hot enough for me

Cover too hard, not cosy! Further quality problems: does not get hot enough even at level 3, only just warm enough. I am making a complaint and hope for an exchange, possibly for a better product

I have deducted one star because the cover is surprisingly and unpleasantly hard. If I had known this, I would have bought the HK35, even though I don't need rapid heating.
