Pleasant on the skin, the heat could actually be more. The fact that it switches off automatically every ten minutes is also not ideal. The battery doesn't last too long, but has to be recharged again and again. I've been using it for a year now and I can definitely recommend it for those who have painful periods or endometriosis.

Good idea, needs to be better developed

I have used the device about 10-15 times so far.

The application is good for me, both the heat and the impulses. Nevertheless, I had hoped for a little more pain relief. I had specially ordered the device with a larger contact surface as I hoped that this might reduce the pain caused by endometriosis in the entire abdominal area, but this is not the case.
I would also have found it helpful if the intensity could be set differently on the right/left side, because while I am at my pain threshold on one side, I hardly feel the pulses at all on the other side.

I find it very practical that you can wear the device under your clothes and that it is much more discreet in public/at the office than a hot water bottle/abdominal belt. I also find the beeping when the application is finished to be very quiet and not very noticeable.

The biggest weakness of the device is the charging connection/cable. Although it is advertised as having a USB C cable connection, it can only be charged with the special cable supplied because it is probably a very special USB C connection. (Which is not in the product description, but only in the FAQ for the product). This means you always have to have the right cable with you. Which, by the way, is also far too short (7 cm).

Does well, but still has development potential

A great appliance in itself, warms nicely, but I thought it would get warmer.
The second one bothers me more. At the moment, I only notice something on the top right pad and in the top centre at level 4. If I set the device 2 levels higher, the left one also works, but only slightly.  Unfortunately, one particular level of the intervals is unbearable, while the others are great. You should be able to choose the intervals.

The lower 2 pads have no function. I have sent you my contact details. Maybe my Tens device is also a Monday product 😉

Good but could be improved

In itself it helps quite well, but if it feels like it switches off every 10 minutes, it really doesn't do me any good!
The heat and pulses are pleasant, but of course only as long as it stays on. The battery doesn't last long either. I'm now going to get a TENS device that lasts all day, because that's how long cramps last!

The automatic switch-off is a joke!

I benefited most from the heat function. It's very convenient that you can use it on the go and get warmth without much effort. With the TENS function, it would be very desirable if the different pulse types included in the programme could also be used individually. I would also like pulses to be centred on the abdomen, but I realise that there are design limitations to this. I currently only achieve pain relief with a higher programme, which in turn is quite painful depending on the type of impulse. But that is not practical or suitable for everyday use.
I will continue to use the device and adjust the rating if necessary.
