This year Beurer also presented its own stand at the world’s largest trade fair for medical technology, MEDICA.
Between 16th and 19th November 2011 the Beurer team welcomed visitors in hall 12, stand E48. During the trade fair the latest products of 2011 were presented. These included innovations from the field of blood pressure and blood glucose measurement.
The medical field launched a brand new product this year, the ME80, a mobile ECG device that provides immediate information about cardiac rhythm for self-monitoring whilst at home or on the move. In addition to this, the new online health management with “wireless connect” for blood pressure and weight was presented. In the future, products such as the BG900 diagnostic scale or the BM90 blood pressure monitor will have a wireless connect port including a white box which allows data transfer without the need for wires. The measured values are transferred and saved to the Beurer Connect homepage and can therefore be accessed at any time, even on mobile devices (apple/android).
Both the BM90 blood pressure monitor and the BG900 diagnostic scale were awarded the Plus X Award for Design and Ease of Use. The Plus X Award jury also awarded the product “BG900” the “Best Product of the Year 2011” seal of approval for the best personal scale.
Beurer is therefore strengthening its position as a reliable partner in the field of health care, medical diagnostics and therapy.
